It is to the point and highly recommended. This is a short incredible video by "lexyu". I will try to find it and update this reply. There is a really good short you tube guide out there. There is a lot of misinformation out there concerning the Spirit Barage build. Go to Diablo Fans site and use the following 2 builds. It is a waste of a passive on this build.
The comment above about "Creeping Death" is correct.
It is a great idea to get you started but move onto other searches once you understand the build a little better. First off Icy Veins is mostly sub par builds.
